PA Council on the Arts link About the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA):

PA Partners in the Arts
is a regional funding partnership sponsored by the PA Council
on the Arts (PCA). The PCA initiated the Partners Programs in 1997 to better serve the
67 counties of the commonwealth. The PPA program is administered locally by Pocono Arts Council, serving Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties. In the last thirteen years, PoconoArts has regranted more than $518,000 in small grants to non-profit organizations and artists conducting community-based arts programs. This year, PoconoArts awarded 28 Project Stream grants totalling, $24,128 and 8 Program Stream grants.
